What most keep quiet

99% of the electronic cigarettes and E-liquid, were manufactured in, and imported from China (there were a hand full of manufacturers outside China, but also some that sold their own DIY goods).
Whatever brand name a supplier may have given, it was one off the same basic models from Chinese manufacturers, and there was no miracle product.
Since the majority came from China, and were purchased by the supplier, a lot of e-shops paid extra to have their brand name printed on the product.

The liquids
These days things have changed, since the TPD in the UK  came into force on 20 May 2016, which meant stricter rules and regulations.
A lot of the E-liquids (at least here in the UK)) are produced in the country they are sold in and if not, they will have to abide by the TPD rules and regulations, meaning all liquids containing nicotine will have to come in 10ml TPD compliant bottles with child proof tamper evident tops with a warning triangle, they should not contain more than 20mg/ml (2.0%) nicotine. All bottles will have to be labelled with a batch number, expiry date and manufacturers contact details.

Devices
The devices themselves are still mostly manufactured and imported from China, but these also fall under stricter rules
Where we used to have a choice of sizes for the tanks, we can now only buy tanks that hold a maximum of 2ml e-liquid.
Rebuildable tanks are now harder to get hold of as all tanks need to be leak proof.

Due to the stricter rules prices have increased, but it is still cheaper than smoking tobacco and there is still plenty of choice.

Some E-shops state; that a battery will last 300-600 puffs, before needing to be recharged.
this is not true for the most part, If you are a heavy smoker, you are going to be lucky if a battery lasts two to four hours, except the eGo and Leo batteries which last up to 7 hrs, depending on the mAh.

They also tell you a cartridge will last the same as a pack of regular (analogue) cigarettes.
They don’t – at least not in our experience.

Many only sell the cartridges and not the e-liquid, so they can keep you coming back for more.
That’s good for them, not very good for you.
If you go that route it could cost you more each day to smoke (vape) , than what it did when you used analogue cigarettes.

We at Vaper Train believe in transparency and honesty in combination with offering you quality products.
We do not sell cig-a-likes, as we do not want to participate in creating a hype amongst teens turning them in to smokers, making them think it’s the best thing to have.
Also being ex smokers ourselves, we found one  important thing to quit smoking is to have an alternative but not necessarily one that actually looks like a cigarette.
