With all the purchases we provide a 30 day Refund, Repair or Exchange policy if the goods sold are not as described on the site, or are not fit for purpose.
(Not fit for purpose = faulty Items).
If the Item(s) in question can be repaired, they will be repaired and returned to you & postage fees refunded.
Refunds are only issued once we have had the opportunity to inspect the Items in full, and or solve any problems/ concerns with you.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of ordering.
A full refund minus postal fees will be issued if the following criteria is met
The product is in an unopened and unused state
You will have to contact us within 14 days of purchase and notify us you are returning the product in an unused / unopened state.
You must return the goods well packaged, also we cannot be held responsible for any returned goods that do not arrive so please ensure that you send them via recorded delivery, or any other tracked mail service.
Note all products that are considered not fit for resale due to hygienic / tamper reasons are exempt from this rule
(E.G: Drip tips , Clearomisers / tanks , atomisers and E-liquids.)
Any packs of Atomizers,Cartomisers, Clearomisers and Drip Tips cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
because of Hygienic reasons, and due to the nature of some devices used,
we will replace atomisers that are dead on arrival but only if contacted straight away, we cannot & will not replace these items on the basis you had not used it but have had it in your possession for a while so please check these items on receipt of delivery.
E-Liquid cannot be returned at all, so please ensure that you buy the correct one as we won’t replace or exchange E-liquid once it has been sent out, due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if it has been doctored / tampered with.
If you find your shipment was damaged, has missing or faulty products, and wish to replace these damaged parts, or have any other related queries with an order please don’t hesitate to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org,or the contact us page on the website using your order number as the subject / reference.
Once we receive the product(s) back and have checked if it is faulty, and it cannot be repaired we will exchange or refund your paid amount.
Your remaining funds will be refunded back to the payment source you used when placing the order.
We cannot exchange / refund any goods returned that are deemed NOT faulty, after we have had them checked & you will be asked to pay the postage to have it sent back.
We will only dispatch the replacement product(s) once we are in receipt of the faulty goods and have had time to get them checked.
You must return the faulty goods well packaged as we are not liable for damage caused in transit.
We are not liable for any goods whilst being returned that get lost in transit so we advice that they are sent via recorded delivery, or any other tracked mail service.
Postage fees will be refunded in the event an item is deemed faulty but only up to the value of First Class Signed For unless we ask you to send it via another postage service then that amount will be refunded.
