                    CE4 Rebuildable Clearomiser
                                     ce4 _v3_good_image.jpg

CE4 Rebuildable is called a rebuildable clearomiser because you can easily change the atomiser head (coil)
The CE4 rebuildable has gone through some changes through time,

It works  more smoothly and has a longer lifespan than the original CE4 Rebuildable clearomiser, because each CE4 Rebuildable clearomiser  is now made of an improved, and therefore better material, so the e-liquid will not corrode it, and it has longer wicks.

No more leakage and a better vapour throughout.

The CE4 Rebuildable fits most 510/ eGo threading, like the eGo, eGo-T, eGo-C, eGo-RS.

They give a great vapour production and flavour.

CE4 Rebuildable clearomiser can be re-filled many times. and have a liquid measure on the side of the casing, The atomiser heads are replaceable, just simply unscrew the old one and screw the new one in.
The liquid is fed to the coil by 2 long wicks.
The CE4 Rebuildable works on 3v - 6v resistance:1.8
W - 2.9W, so very suitable for a variable voltage battery

How to fill / refill
1. Unscrew the Drip Tip (mouth piece) from the CE4+ V2 clearomiser
2. Fill the CE4+ V2 with about 1.4ml-1.6ml of e-liquid from the side by the top of the threads (maximum = up to the top black indication stripe), using a standard dropper bottle.
3. Do NOT pour the e-liquid into the tube in the middle. The tube is for airflow.
4. Screw the drop tip back in.
5. Please wait 1-2 minutes for the e-liquid to feed into the coil.
6. Dry vape a few times (sucking on the CE4+ V2 a few times without pressing the button on the battery
7. Attach the battery
8. You are ready to vape

If you find you are getting a dry/ burnt taste, please dry vape a few more times.(Vape without pressing the button)
This will help the E-liquid to soak into the wick. repeat this step if needed

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure not to screw the mouth piece (Drip Tip) on too tight; just until it stops. It will put too much pressure on the white rubber plug and push it down, cause the plug to bow out and change shape. It turns, pressure builds up and forces the liquid in to the battery.
Also Do not screw the CE4+ V2 too tight on to the battery. Screwing it on too tight can cause the air not to flow through properly, the thread to get damaged, or he pin in the battery to be pushed down (read maintenance on batteries)

Make sure not to overfill. Fill to the maximum line of 1.6ml.

Advantage of CE4+ V3 Rebuildable with long wick
1.Clearomiser tank system, is easy to refill
2.New unique atomizer, liquid volume can be read out
3. Manufactured from thick durable plastic
4. No burning smell, no leakage.
5. Quick & stable liquid supply
6.Great taste and vapour!
7. Transparent tank
8. Atomiser heads can be replaced by new ones, so you don't have to buy a new clearomiser everytime, just a spare atomiser head, saving costs
9.  Easier to clean as it can be taken apart.

If you have leaking

The CE4 normally will not cause you a problem with leaking.
However, if you find it is, these could be the reasons it is happening.

A  You screwed the CE4 on too tight, and the CE4 is not getting any airflow, drawing E-liquid in to the airhole. Solution: Unscrew the CE4 off the battery, blow down the top, making sure there is no more E-liquid running out of the bottom, wipe the bottom (The end that connects to the battery) out with a tissue, also check if there is E-liquids on the battery (Wipe the battery connection as well when needed) screw the battery on just until it stops and sits snug, but not too tight to allow for smooth air flow.

B: You overfilled the CE4, causing E-liquid to run in to the airhole down on to the battery connection. Solution: When you have overfilled the CE4, take some of the E-liquid out and blow in to the air-hole, to remove the  E-liquid from the airhole. Dry the bottom of the CE4 out with a tissue paper, if there is any liquid on the battery connection, wipe that out as well, then screw the CE4 back on. Make sure to fill only up to the top line or just below.
Make sure not to screw the mouth piece (Drip Tip) on too tight, just until it stops, it will put too much pressure on the white plug and push it down, causing the plug to bow out and change shape. In turn; pressure builds up and forces the liquid in to the battery. Screwing the Drip Tip on too tight will also cause the threading to damage and not seal properly over time.

When to clean
:

You can clean the CE4 if:
the E-liquid starts to get thick,
the CE4 produces not as much vapour as before
or the CE4 gives you a burnt taste..

Cleaning your CE4

The CE4 is easy to clean as it can be taken apart.

  1. Unscrew the Drip Tip (mouth piece.
  2. Unscrew the tank from the bottom (the part, that screws on to the battery)
  3. You now just have the centre post with the wicks left, you can unscrew the atomiser head from the centre post if you so wish.
  4. Rinse all with warm water.
  5. Dry all the components with a soft tissue or cloth.
  6. Preferable let the atomiser head air dry for a day, if you haven’t got a spare and are desperate, you can dry burn the wicks (after drying all components screw the atomiser head back on the centre post without the rubber cap, screw it on to your battery, and press the button a few times,as if you would when vaping, when you see the coil glow, the coil should be clean and the wicks dry enough to be used)
  7. Screw the atomiser head on to the centre post
  8. Slide the rubber cap with metal pin back over the coil.
  9. Slide the tank over the centre post and screw it on, up to your tank (maximum up to the last indication bar)
  10. Screw the Drip Tip (mouth piece) back on, though not too tight
  11. Dry vape a few times (vape without pressing the button on your battery)
  12. Screw your CE4 back on to the battery, and you’re ready to vape
  13. Keep in mind it might take a little longer for the vapour to start coming through, as several harder vapes will be needed to help re-prime the CE4 after being cleaned.
  14. Important: Keep an eye on the battery connection; wipe it out with an ear bud to make sure there is no water still leaking into it.

Results after cleaning are not guaranteed and at your own risk.

Changing the Atomiser Head

You follow the same procedure as when cleaning the CE4+V3, but instead of cleaning the old atomiser head, you just simply replace itfor a new one.

The same procedure counts for the Vivi Nova with metal sleeve, the only difference is that you have to slide the sleeve off the tank.

Some people prefer to make their own wick and coil, as it saves money in the long run.
We only advice this to people who have been in to vaping for a while and have some knowledge as to how it all works.
When you do decide to wick and coil your own we advice you to test your atomiser before using it on any of your batteries, this to prevent you wrecking your battery
